Is there a booking deposit is charged to the patient?

Fixed Price Dental does not charge the patient a booking fee, the clinic is paid for the complete treatment on the day of appointment.

A monthly invoice and statement is emailed to your clinic detailing the confirmed fixed price dental booking your clinic has received. 

The fee Fixed Price Dental charges for each confirmed booking is $50.

The cost for using the optional Fixed Price Dental "Alias" phone number feature is $100 per calendar month.
