Does the clinic still get charged for a booking if a patient cancels or fails to attend their appointment?

Fixed Price Dental emails a monthly invoice with details of the confirmed bookings made through our website or mobile app, each booking is charged at $50 to the clinic.

If the booked patient cancels their appointment or FTA ( fails to attend) Fixed price dental will not charge for this booking.
