Do you provide a monthly report on the number of patients we received through Fixed Price Dental?

Yes we email a monthly invoice detailing the patients and treatment analysis that you’re practice received from Fixed Price Dental, each unique confirmed booking is charged at $50 each.

You do have the option of displaying an "Alias" phone contact number on your Fixed Price Dental listing, this phone number is provided to you from Fixed Price Dental and is diverted to your main clinic number. When you get a call from a Fixed Price Dental patient you will get a recorded message when answering this call stating "Incoming Call From Fixed Price Dental" so your reception will know how to handle this call. If you OPT to Not have a phone number listed, patients will only be able to book online with you.

If you have chosen to opt into the "Alias" phone number feature on your Fixed Price Dental Listing, you will receive a monthly summery of the leads that have been diverted through this number to your main clinic contact number. The "Alias" phone number feature is turned off when you join Fixed Price Dental, if you decide you want to OPT into this feature, you can switch this on in your Dashboard settings.(this feature is charged at $100 per calendar month)
