How do I know when I have received a booking?

The practice will receive an email with all of the patients details, use these details to enter  into your practice management software and the patient is all yours. Bookings will also display on the Fixed Price Dental side bar application on your reception computer screen and can also be accessed on the practice dashboard.

If you are using one of the practice softwares that we are integrated with the booking and patient details with automatically populate your patient data base and appointment book

If you have opted to display the Fixed Price Dental "Alias" contact phone number on your Fixed Price Dental listing, this phone number is provided to you from Fixed Price Dental and is diverted to your main clinic number. When you get a call from a Fixed Price Dental patient you will get a recorded message when answering this call stating "Incoming Call From Fixed Price Dental" so your reception will know how to handle this call. If you opt to not have a phone number listed the patient will only be able to book online with you.
