Can a patient from Fixed Price Dental call my clinic to book an appointment?

You do have the option of displaying an "Alias" contact phone number on your Fixed Price Dental listing. This feature is turned off when you first join Fixed Price Dental, this phone number is provided to you from Fixed Price Dental and is diverted to your main clinic number. When you get a call from a Fixed Price Dental patient you will get a recorded message when answering this call stating "Incoming Call From Fixed Price Dental" so your reception will know how to handle this call. If you opt not to have an "Alias" phone number listed, you can turn this feature on/off in your Practice Dashboard, when turned off patients will only be able to book online with you. The Fixed Price Dental "Alias" phone number costs your clinic $100 per month and is only displayed when your clinic is not displaying any availability for online bookings through the Fixed Price Dental website.

This is a great feature to fill cancelled bookings or FTA's, although your online bookings are showing no availability, if a patient calls you through the "Alias" phone number you have the chance to book them in where ever you find a space in your appointment book.
