I see that you offer the option to display an "Alias" phone number on my Fixed Price Dental listing, how does this work?

The "Alias" phone number is provided to you from Fixed Price Dental and is diverted to your main clinic number. The "Alias" phone number is displayed only when you clinic does not have any availability when a patient is searching in your area for the treatments that you provide through Fixed Price Dental. This allows you to fit the patient into your appointment book as you might have had a cancellation or your staff have not updated your availability in the Fixed Price Dental dashboard for online bookings. We don't want to see you miss out on a valuable new patient that is need of your services. You do have the option of "opting" in or out of the "Alias" phone number feature and this is controlled by you in your dashboard settings, this feature is charged at $100 per calendar month. When you get a call from a Fixed Price Dental patient through the "Alias" phone number you will get a recorded message when answering this call stating "Incoming Call From Fixed Price Dental" to make it easy for your reception to know the nature of this call. If you opt to not have your "Alias"phone number listed, the patient will not be able to contact you if there are no availability on your online bookings. We don't want to see you miss out on a valuable new patient and that is why we have introduced the "Alias" phone number feature.
